We verify matching inventory for your exact time window. If something differs, we still keep things transparent with the same line items on the pricing page.

Pickup and return process

At pickup

  1. Confirm your booking details

    Match the pickup location and your pickup/return times.

  2. Quick vehicle walk-around

    We note any existing marks, then you’re ready to drive.

  3. Get keys and essentials

    You’ll receive the car, required documents, and basic guidance for city use.

At return

  1. Return on time

    Bring the car back at (or before) your agreed return time.

  2. Parking and handover

    We confirm the vehicle condition and complete the handover at the return point.

  3. Final receipt and closing

    You’ll get a final summary. If anything needs review, we explain next steps clearly.
