This Privacy Policy explains how Infrahubex (PE) collects, uses, and shares personal data on our car rental lead generation landing page, including data submitted via contact/lead forms. It also describes your rights under applicable Ukrainian privacy laws.

2. Personal data we collect

When you submit a lead/contact form, we may collect:

Name
Phone number
Email address
Car rental inquiry details you provide in the form

Depending on your actions, we may also collect technical data (such as IP address, device/browser information, and pages viewed) to operate the site and secure it.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use personal data to:

Respond to your inquiry and contact you about car rental
Process your lead/contact form submission and manage related communications
Improve the service and analyze website performance
Ensure security and prevent fraud/abuse

We process personal data in accordance with the requirements of Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI, which establishes principles, rights of data subjects, and obligations of controllers/processors.

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your data only when necessary to provide the service and operate the site, including with:

IT service providers hosting/operating the site and supporting infrastructure
Communication/processing partners who help manage lead processing (where applicable)

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to process your inquiry and communications, and to comply with legal obligations and legitimate interests (such as security and dispute resolution).

After retention periods expire, we delete or anonymize personal data in accordance with our internal procedures.

We implement reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; however, we work to reduce risk.

Under Ukrainian law, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access your data, to demand correction or deletion of inaccurate/illegal data where applicable, and other rights provided by Закон України “Про захист персональних даних” від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI.

8. Consumer information (distance/online contracting)

Where a distance/online arrangement is used, the landing page must present the seller/service-provider’s identification details and pre-contract information (including price/payment and essential terms) in accordance with Закон України “Про захист прав споживачів” від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII, Стаття 13. Право споживача у разі укладення договору на відстані. Mandatory consumer information requirements also apply, including language requirements under Закон України “Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної” від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII, Стаття 27. This Policy focuses on personal data processing. Pre-contract and pricing/essential terms (if applicable) are provided on the relevant pages of the service flow.

9. E-commerce (if applicable)

If an online/e-commerce flow is used to conclude an agreement or accept an offer, the identification/acceptance mechanism must comply with Закон України “Про електронну комерцію” від 03.09.2015 № 675-VIII.
